Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the loyalty program offered by Bob's Burgers (“Business”).

This loyalty program is powered by Flow Loyalty, a technology platform used by the Business to administer rewards.


1. Participation

By enrolling in the loyalty program, you agree to these Terms.

Participation is voluntary and free of charge unless otherwise stated by the Business.

You must provide accurate information when enrolling.


2. Earning Points

Points may be earned through qualifying check-ins, referrals, or promotional activities as determined by the Business.

The Business determines:

  • The value of points

  • What rewards are available

  • Any expiration policies

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.


3. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards are subject to availability and may change at the Business’s discretion.

The Business reserves the right to:

  • Limit redemption quantities

4. Expiration & Program Changes

The Business may modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

Points may expire according to rules established by the Business.

If the program ends, unused points may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.


5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate contact information

  • Protecting access to your loyalty account

  • Reporting suspected unauthorized activity

The Business may suspend or terminate accounts if fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

  • Reply HELP for assistance (if available).

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.


8. Email Communications

9. Limitation of Liability

The Business and its technology providers are not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected communications

  • Technical errors

  • Unavailable rewards

  • Service interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of any unused loyalty points in your account.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Business operates.
